What you need to know before you start entering your data
You need a Google email address. If you don’t have a Google email address, use the following link to create one. https://support.google.com/mail/answer/56256?hl=en
Documents that you will need to upload as part of the online entry
process. Please click here for the 2023GFAAKentlands.PDF that provides all the rules,
requirements, document descriptions, and blank entry forms that you need to fill out before they are uploaded. The 2023GFAAKentlands.PDF also states that specific documents and pictures of artwork (JPG) files need to be renamed so that all files follow a specified naming standard.
Have a list of all the artwork you plan to enter. Include the artwork title, medium, price and artwork size (unframed).
Log on to your Gmail address, copy and paste the link in the top of this box into your browser. This should take you to the online 2023 GFAA Kentlands Mansion Juried Application where you can start entering information.
After you have entered all your information, your data and data files will be reviewed.
Once everything has been accepted, labels will be generated and sent to the Gmail address that you used to enter the online data. In addition, the labels will be sent to the email address we have on file when you joined GFAA.

JUROR: Our juror for this show is Penny Mause. Penny grew up in NW Washington DC, where she currently lives. She studied at the University of Massa-chusetts Boston, earning herBachelor’s of English Literature. After many different careertrajectories, she finally found her way back to her “forever” passion...creating art.
The pandemic was a catalyst for this change, and enabled her to spend many hours honing
her craft and studying. She has been painting in oils since the age of 15, and it is her preferred
medium. Ten years ago, she discovered digital art, and has since incorporated it into her field
of study.
Penny has had gallery shows as well as solo shows, and continues to explore both digital and
traditional art.
